This company is a classic example of doing everything possible to make you give up and keep a defective appliance. They do not return calls. Customer service is pathetic. Never respond to emails. State that they never receive emails within their "2 day" response time. Tell you to call back at 5:30 pm... and they close at 5:00 pm... Bought Compact Kitchen from them. The item arrived 10 days later with 4 hour "window" (add said no signature). Then inspected the item after it was delivered - it was dropped from at lest 3 feet. I bought a portable air conditioner they advertised for $99.00. I received it and I called to order another one for that price. I ordered a fridge on the 31st, from AJ Madison, and specifically asked about the delivery time and was told 7-10 business days. It shipped on the 1st....or so the email stated. STAY AWAY as they sell damaged goods as NEW. Do not order a product from this company as they will not exchange or refund your purchase. They are a classic NY Bait & Switch company. We ordered an extraction hood and the remote that goes with it. Unfortunately the remote didn't show up for three months when it did it didn't work. They would not take it back because they said 30 days had gone by, they failed to accept any responsibility as during the 30 days they had us running rings, "call the manufacturer", "try some different batteries".
