I BOUGHT A STOVE IN 2016 THAT WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING. I CALLED AJMADISON AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN WHO WAS VERY ANGRY AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG.

ONE BURNER DIDN'T FUNCTION IF ANOTHER BURNER WAS ON. I AM RETIRED AND LIVE PT IN ANOTHER PLACE SO I LET GO. TODAY THE DEFECTIVE BURNER EXPLODED UNDERNEATH THE TOP OF THE STOVE. I WAS VERY SCARED SO I CALLED AJMADISON WHO HUNG UP ON ME, THEN THEY YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AS MY WARRANTY EXPIRED.

I TOLD THEN I'D CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERL'S OFFICE AND THEY CALLED ME BACK TO YELL AT ME AND TOLD TO STOP THREATENING THEM. THIS IS NOT A THREAT. I DID CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS THE WARRANTY LAW IS DIFFERENT IN EACH STATE. STAY AWAY FROM AJMADISON PRODUCTS.

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND THE TECHNICIANS THEY SEND ARE USELESS. I AM AFRAID I AM GOING TO DIE FROM HAVING THIS STOVE IN MY HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
